We send the visualisation by email, you approve it by replying. Then we invoice or take a deposit and start production.
Production
Production runs in a certified facility and we keep you posted. Every batch is checked before dispatch.
Delivery
We deliver to you or straight to the event venue. You get the tracking number automatically.

Delivery deadline
We guarantee the deadline agreed at the time of order. Running late? We'll let you know in advance and offer a solution.
Quality or replacement
If the product does not match the approved sample, we will replace the entire order free of charge.
Free revisions
One round of graphic revisions is always included in the price. Each subsequent design change is charged separately.
Transparent pricing
